• By accessing or using AimGrit's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services
• These terms apply to all users: shop owners, administrators, customers, and visitors
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AimGrit's services
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

• AimGrit provides billing, inventory management, and storefront solutions for businesses
• You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws (GST, income tax, etc.)
• You must maintain accurate records of all transactions processed through AimGrit
• We reserve the right to verify business information and GST details provided
• Fraudulent or illegal activities will result in immediate account termination

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking
• Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Late payments may result in suspended access to services

• We protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
• You retain ownership of all business data you input into the platform
• We do not sell or rent your personal or business data to third parties
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services
• You are responsible for backing up your data regularly

• Using AimGrit for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of our services
• Using our platform to sell counterfeit or prohibited goods
• Harvesting or collecting user data without consent

• AimGrit owns all rights to the platform, code, design, and branding
• You retain all rights to the content you create using our platform (invoices, product data, etc.)
• You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide services
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our platform

• Either party may terminate your account with 30 days written notice
• We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
• After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
• Sections regarding intellectual property, liability, and payments survive termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimGrit shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party integrations or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold AimGrit harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
